Setup & Maintenance

1. Find a stable, level surface. Use a sturdy bench, table, or stand. It should hold a full 5L dispenser — about 5 kg.
2. Insert the water bottle. Remove the top lid or panel. Place a filled 15L or 20L bottle onto the mount. Check it's seated securely.
3. Install the filter cartridge. Slide your cartridge into the holder. Hand-tighten the connections. Don't over-tighten.
4. Prime the system. For new cartridges, run water through for 30 seconds. This flushes out loose particles. Discard this first batch.
5. Fill a glass and enjoy. Water flows by gravity into the tap. Let the first litre pass through before serving guests.
6. Clean it weekly. Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water. Skip bleach, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners. Rinse well. Dry with a soft cloth.

Limitations & Care Notes

• Room temperature only. No hot water or steam. The porcelain can crack from thermal shock.

• Filter maintenance matters. Replace filters as recommended. This keeps water quality up and prevents bacteria. Overdue filters reduce flow and purity.
• Needs a stable surface. A full 5L dispenser weighs about 5 kg. Make sure your bench can hold it, especially around kids or pets.
• Porcelain care. Hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers, hot water, and abrasive scrubbers. Minor chips or cracks affect hygiene — repair or replace as needed.
