The filter is an efficient and effective filter for water. The taste of the water is improved over normal filtration. The thing to note is that the filtering drastically reduced the flow rate and the amount of water filtered is down well below other filters.

I think it would be good to put instructions in with the ceramic dome about scrubbing it. Mine wouldn't filter. I contacted your site to find out why. I didn't have that problem with my first ceramic filter.
