Designed to fit standard top-loading bottle-fed water coolers with a 55mm bottle neck opening — the most common size used across Australian homes and offices. Compatible with all Awesome Water freestanding and benchtop coolers.

Check before ordering: Measure your cooler's bottle opening if you are unsure about compatibility. Some older or imported cooler models may use a different neck size. Contact us if you need help confirming compatibility.

How to Set Up and Use

1. Remove the bottle cap and rinse the bottle interior with clean water before first use.
2. Confirm that the 8-stage filter cartridge is properly seated inside the bottle.
3. Fill the bottle with tap water. Water passes through the 8-stage filter before being dispensed by your cooler.
4. Seat the bottle onto your water cooler as you would a standard delivery bottle — invert and place onto the cooler neck.
5. Allow the cooler reservoir to fill before dispensing.

First use: Run the first litre or two through and discard to flush the filter media before drinking.

Filter Replacement Schedule

Replace the internal filter cartridge every 6–12 months or approximately every 3,000–5,000 litres of use. The bottle itself is reusable and should last for years with proper care. Purchase replacement cartridges from our Replacement Cartridges collection.

Care and Maintenance

• Rinse the bottle thoroughly between refills. Do not allow water to sit for extended periods in warm conditions.
• Clean the bottle interior every 4–6 weeks with a food-safe cleaning solution; rinse thoroughly before refilling.

• Inspect the dome and cartridge during each clean — replace the cartridge if flow slows significantly or water taste changes.

Can I refill this bottle myself?
