I recently purchased the freestanding water cooler with the little fridge built in, the customer service I received from awesome water filters was brilliant, they kept me updated on progress of my order, sent through tracking information once dispatched and assisted with my enquiries relating to freight and transport times, the water filter is very easy to setup I did run water through the filter for about 20 minutes until it started running clear. And I can honestly say that my family can taste the difference in the water quality between our tap water and the water that comes out of the filter, the fridge is handy for small items couple tins of drink, small bottle of milk saves me going to my big fridge for something that's for sure. The quality of the system feels great plastic is thick, everything fitted together nice, well designed all round, I did have to get the air bubbles out of the centre pipe as had no water coming out of hot water side, I did read manual before assembly and it actually says about the possibility of air bubbles and hot water side so they've already got that covered all in all very happy customer and thank you to the team at awesome water filters.
