A gravity water filter has two chambers — upper and lower. Water is poured into the upper chamber and passes through the filter cartridge by gravity alone, collecting in the lower chamber ready to drink. No electricity, no mains water pressure, no plumbing required.
Our benchtop water coolers use an 8-stage KDF cartridge that filters water through ceramic, activated carbon, KDF media, Maifan stones, and Prill Beads as it passes from the upper to lower chamber. This removes chlorine, heavy metals, sediment, and bacteria, while adding beneficial minerals and raising pH.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a gravity filter take to filter water?
Typically 2–4 hours for a full upper chamber, depending on the cartridge type and how recently the ceramic was cleaned. Gravity filtration is slower than mains-pressure filtration — this is normal. Refill the upper chamber before the lower chamber empties.
Do gravity water filters remove fluoride?
