1. Filtration Quality

The filter cartridge is the most important component. Look for a multi-stage system — our 8-stage KDF cartridge removes chlorine, heavy metals, sediment, and bacteria, adds minerals, and raises pH. A single-stage carbon filter is less comprehensive. Check what the cartridge actually removes before buying.

2. Capacity

Our benchtop coolers use 15L or 20L bottles. A 20L bottle suits a household of 3–6 people or a small office. A 15L bottle suits 1–3 people. Refill from your tap — the cartridge filters as water passes through.

4. Energy Efficiency
