Place a compatible 15–20L bottle on top (such as the Awesome Water 20L Filter Bottle, sold separately) or refill the well by hand from a jug or tap. Gravity feeds water down into the well, ready to be dispensed from the front tap.

The porcelain itself does not filter water — any reduction of chlorine, sediment, or minerals comes from the filter system you pair with it. The glazed interior provides a clean, neutral vessel for your drinking water.

• Rinse with mild dish soap and warm water before first use. Allow to air dry.
• In everyday use, wash the interior with a soft cloth or sponge and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Use room-temperature or cool water only — avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g. pouring boiling water into a chilled dispenser).
• When used with a filter bottle, follow the filter's replacement and cleaning instructions.
