Installation & Maintenance

Installation

Turn off the water supply and release pressure by opening a downstream tap.
Unscrew the filter housing and remove the old cartridge.
Rinse the housing, then insert the new cartridge over the centre post.
Re-seat the housing seal, hand-tighten the housing, and slowly turn the water back on.
Check for leaks and let it run for a couple of minutes to flush.

Maintenance

When flow drops, remove and rinse the pleats under running water to clear trapped sediment.
Replace once washing no longer restores flow, or per your system's schedule.
Inspect housing O-rings at each change and keep spares on hand.
