The AquaFlow Hot and Cold Benchtop Alkaline Water Cooler combines a high-gloss front with brushed steel sides and a slim, modern profile — equally at home on a kitchen benchtop or in a corporate office. Available in Cold or Room Temperature and Hot or Cold configurations, it delivers filtered drinking water at the right temperature, on demand, with no plumbing required.

How It Works

Water from the 20-litre bottle flows through the 8-stage KDF cartridge in the bottle neck, filtering as it descends into the cooler's 3.3-litre stainless steel cold tank. The cold tank maintains water between 4–10°C. On the Hot or Cold model, the separate 1.8-litre stainless steel hot tank — with a 500-watt heater — maintains water at approximately 84–89°C. Both hot and cold water are dispensed via NSF-approved self-closing push taps.

Output on the cold side is up to 44 cups of 10°C water per hour (subject to ambient temperature). The hot safety tap on the Hot or Cold model prevents accidental dispensing of heated water.

Setup

1. Place the cooler on a stable bench near a 240V power point.
2. Fit the 8-stage cartridge into the bottle neck (twists to lock).
3. Fill the bottle with tap or tank water.
4. Invert the bottle and seat it securely on the cooler.
5. Plug in and allow 20–30 minutes for the cold tank to reach temperature. For Hot or Cold models, allow an additional 15–20 minutes for the hot tank to heat.

Tip: Flush 10–15 litres through the new cartridge before your first drink to clear harmless carbon particles and prime the filter for best-tasting water immediately.

Filter Replacement

Replace the 8-Stage KDF Cartridge every 6–12 months or approximately every 3,000–5,000 litres. Replace sooner if you notice a change in taste, odour, or flow rate.

• Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners or bleach to protect the high-gloss finish.
• Clean the drip tray and nozzle area regularly.
• Replace the 8-stage cartridge every 6–12 months.
• If the unit is not used for an extended period, empty, unplug, and leave the taps open to allow both tanks to dry.
